What is First Wednesday?
A property Investors Networking event in Leeds. (And yes, its on a Tuesday, not a Wednesday !)

When is the next meeting ?
Tuesday 12th February 2008, 6.30pm - Please note the VENUE, and now a £5 charge on the door to cover room hire and a bit of food !!

What happens there?
Its simply a place to meet other like minded investors, swap stories, hints and tips, sell property, buy property, sometimes before they're even released and sometimes at a discounted price.

What are the benefits of coming along?
You will get access to some of the most succesful investors in Leeds and Manchester, some have portfolios of hundreds of properties, others have just a very small portfolio of 1!

Isn't it really a hard sell for something?
Absolutely not! Its an informal event, with opportunity to meet and chat with other investors. We usually do this over a bite to eat, there is no standing up and introducing yourself (unless you really want to), but a good chance to meet other investors on a one to one basis.

Will there be other people there?
Yes - we're always looking at attracting financial advisors, solicitors and the like, they're investors too of course, and can really help you move up the "property ladder".

How do I get invited ?
Simply send an email to Daniel at me@thethinktankgroup.co.uk and ask ! Its an open house, anyone is welcome. Please note there is now a £5 fee, this covers room hire, and a bit of food ! Payable on entry.

What happens after ?
Its up to you, some are on for a few beers, others are too tired as sometimes it goes on for a few hours.

The final benefit?
Fine wine, good food and a great mix of likeminded property investors both male and female.
