So that's the end of yet another year, and its time for reflection.

enough time is not good enough. Yet another year, and still no step forward. Mini Victories. That's what makes a success. Sure, it would be great to go out and buy 20 flats in a city centre--but we're not there quite yet. So its back to little victories. Every little step that you take works in your favour. Every book, every seminar, every property visited, estate agent talked to, it all adds up. I know you're busy at work, with life, with every thing, but hey, the only way to get out of it, is to do it.
