I think its important at the stage to talk about what motivates us. I mean, most of us hate work, and want to earn a lot of cash--but that is not the right way to go about earning a lot of cash. You should be aiming towards a lifestyle, not aiming towards being very rich. You see, when you focus on what you'll be doing in say 5 years time, you work on the imagination side of the brain. You see it in images, pictures in your mind with sounds and with people you know. Imagine what its like when you pull up alongside your old boss, and your in your shiny new sports car--that happened to me only the other week--and I have to say, it felt rather good. But its not having the money per se, its more the lifestyle that the money provides. The other reason I don't think you should focus on purely money, is that it can turn you into something else, and you want to avoid that. That someone else, is the person that you probably hate--money can do that to you. It can make you think that the sun shines out of your backside, and that maybe you're better than everyone else, and you don't want to turn into that for sure. Also, focusing just on the money may mean that you make the wrong decisions, as the decisions are based on monetary reasons, regardless of doing the right thing. When you focus on lifestyle, part of tthat lifestyle is in helping others and being nice to

people. Focusing on the lifestyle enables you to be the person you always wanted to be.
So whats stopping you. Fear of looking a fool, as it seems sometimes that people seem to enjoy other peoples failure, and possibly you're worried that you're going to look a fool for trying to get above youre station in life. Look, that's total rubbish. Its better to get out there and do your thing, sure you're going to make mistakes, but experiences comes from making mistakes and is one of the most useful lessons around. The only way in which we get better is by learning--and generally, we only ever learn when we make a mistake.
How about this guy then : He was so bad that he was cut from his high school basketball team. He said " I have missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I have lost almost 300 games. On 26 occasions I have been entrusted to take the game winning shot … and missed. And I have failed over and over again in my life." And lastly he said"and that is precisely … why I succeed" Do you know who said this? Michael Jordan, the worlds greatest Basketball player. Michael Jordan personifies the meaning of "never giving up".
