Totally fed up with the lack of feedback we got from our own property management company, we figured we could do a better job.

The Think Tank Group can now offer a full Buy to Let Mortgage product range, including for the first time, a 90% Loan to Value, rather than the usual 85% Loan to Value.
The new 90% Loan does however take into account the rental income and, crucially, a certain amount of affordability into account. However, should the 90% LTV not be available, it is possible to move you onto the 85% LTV Product.
