The last 18 months has seen the residential property market change sharply, from that of a sales orientated market, to one of Residential Lettings, and The Think Tank Group has been ideally positioned to take advantage of that for the benefit of our valued customers.  The next 18 months will continue to see fast growth in a changing market and the likelihood of our product set growing further, likely to include the addition of a development and refurbishment division.  The current increase in staff numbers is set to continue, with further numbers planned within the next 6 to 12 months.  The Think Tank Group is an organisation that has an excellent future ahead.

Originally the brainchild of Daniel Latto, the company was formed in February 2004 to ensure the rental of his own properties.  From this beginning, the company grew, adding Sales and Investor Furniture Packages along the way.  Today the company is looking set to invest further in its IT infrastructure, and increase its overall marketing budget to ensure growth in this changing residential property market.
