is role looks after the moving in and out of tenants,
along with creation of tenancy agreements, inventories,
etc. The role is fast paced and very busy and would
ideally suit a person with Lettings Agency Experience.
Car, phone and laptop are also provided along with
basic salary. Progression through the company is
also available from this initial starting position.

Lettings

Leeds, and another for Manchester.

on both rentals and furniture packages, the position
would suit a person who already has experience in

All
round Builder/Handyman required
The
Think Tank Group is now looking for personnel to
join our Think Tank Developments Division. This
division has been created with the sole purpose
of renovating properties throughout the Leeds area.
A
general allrounder with experience in general building
including plastering, painting and decorating is
required along with the ability to work on your
own initiative. A basic plus bonus on completion
of works is available.
Specifically,
the role will involve replacing kitchens and bathrooms,
therefore basic plumbing is required, along with
painting, deocrating and re-tiling throughout the
property where required.
The
salary consists of a basic plus comission. Saturday
working is a requirement with an additional day
off during the week.

Sales Person - Furniture - (Leeds)
The
Think Tank Group is now looking for personnel to
join our furniture retail store. The ideal canditate
will have previous retail experience, ideally in
the furniture retail industry.
The
role involves the sale of all manner of furniture
from our small shop located in Halton, near Temple
Newsam.
The
salary consists of a basic plus comission. Saturday
working is a requirement with an additional day
off during the week.
