What
is included in the rent?
The
rent includes heating, lighting, constant hot
water, a colour television and covers all taxes.
Are
there any additional charges?
There is a standard charge of £40 which
covers the end of stay cleaning and laundry
costs.
What
is the letting period?
The minimum letting period is four days. The
maximum stay is three months. Should you, for
example, require an apartment for a ten day
period, then we would charge you on a pro-rata
basis.
Are
viewings possible?
Im afraid not, due to the quick turnover of
the short term let apartments, it means they
are often rented already causing interuption
to the existing tenant. We're sure that most
people want a pleasant stay and not to be constantly
interupted, as would yourself.
